Bring a hands-on, make-your-own experience to your next local event with The Wild Range Car Charm or Freshie Bar. Perfect for gyms, boutiques, pop-ups, open houses, team events, and community gatherings.

I come to you and set up a fully stocked customization bar where guests can design their own car charm or freshie from start to finish. I provide everything needed, felt or aroma bead bases, beads, charms, ribbon, scents, and all the finishing touches that make each piece personal.

When you book, we’ll work together on the event theme to ensure everything aligns with your brand, event, or vibe. For felt freshie bars, designs are pre-printed ahead of time based on the agreed theme so guests can jump straight into customizing at the event.

This experience is designed to be fun, interactive, and easy for hosts, while still feeling thoughtfully curated. Guests build their own item on the spot, creating a meaningful takeaway they’ll actually use.

How It Works

Available for local events within 35 miles of Hebron, Ohio
Choose your Customization Bar
We collaborate on the theme and design direction during booking
Felt freshies are pre-printed prior to the event based on the selected theme
I bring all materials, setup, and customization options
Guests personalize and purchase items during the event. Guests pay base price of the item (Average of $10-depending on type of customization bar selected)
Option for hosts or businesses to cover items for guests if desired. Ask me to learn more!

Event Timing

Each booking includes a 2-hour event window
Events extending beyond 2 hours will incur an additional $50 per hour (locations out side of local range may include an additional mileage charge)

Booking Details

$100 base booking fee for event setup
Additional fees may apply for larger groups or extended events, or events outside of service range.
Minimum 2 weeks notice required to allow for supply ordering and printing
Booking fee is due at the time of booking
I will respond within 1–2 business days to coordinate details
